Something not quite right? Simply return your order within 4 days of receiving it for a refund. 

 

Return through the website

Let us know you want to return your item(s) by using the Return My Order feature at the bottom of the webpage. Enter your order number and email address then select Find My Order. Tick on the item(s) you’d like to return and tap Next. Select your return reason.

 

Return to store

Simply bring your item(s) for return to the Ted Baker store at Granada Mall, along with your tax invoice/original receipt. Click here to check our store locations.

Please note that in-store returns will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

 

Return and exchange policy

  • Full-priced products with original receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and returned within 4 days from delivery or collection (product should be in its original condition, unaltered, unused with original tags attached.)

  • Sale products with an original receipt may be exchanged within 7 days and returned within 4 days from delivery or collection (product should be in its original condition, unaltered, unused with original tags attached.)

  • Exchanges are not available on the website and can only be done at Ted Baker's Granada Mall store. Returns may be done through the website's Returns Portal or at Ted Baker's Granada Mall store. 
  • Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only.
  • Refund of full-priced and sale products will be permitted within 4 days, with an original purchase receipt upon original form of tender (e.g if original purchase was made in credit card purchases refund will be made through credit card, etc.)

  • Refund on credit/debit card payments: Note that your bank or card issuer can take anywhere between 2 to 15 additional business days to process these return transactions.
  • Refund of purchases made using Tabby: Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card you’ve used with Tabby. This may take 2 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds will be offered on jewellery, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will not be eligible for a shipping fee refund.
  • The above policy applies only to products purchased within Al-Futtaim Brands stores across KSA.
  • Items that have been altered cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
